Mughlai Egg Curry

Lucknowi Mughlai Curry
A rich Mughlai-style egg curry with golden fried boiled eggs, butter, cream and Lucknowi Mughlai Curry.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 whole eggs, boiled
- 200ml water
- 1 packet Lucknowi Mughlai Curry
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp cream
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Method
1. Boil eggs for 7 minutes. Cool, peel the shell and make 4 horizontal slits on each egg.
2. Heat oil over medium-high heat and fry the boiled eggs until lightly golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
3. Add 200ml water to the same pan. Empty the full sachet into the pan and mix well.
4. Bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Add eggs, butter and cream and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add chopped coriander and stir to mix well.
7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
Best served with
Steamed rice, naan, roti, paratha or soft bread.
