Ingredients
Onion (20%), Tomato (15%), Curd (Milk) (10%), Coconut (6%), Vegetable Fat (Palm) (5%), Roasted Peanut, Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Tamarind Pulp, Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom.
How to prepare
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add your choice of vegetables, paneer or cooked chicken and sauté briefly.
- Add 185 ml water and empty the contents of the sachet into the pan. Mix well.
- Bring to a simmer and cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes.
- Add a little fresh cream if desired for a richer finish and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
