Ingredients

Onion (20%), Tomato (15%), Curd (Milk) (10%), Coconut (6%), Vegetable Fat (Palm) (5%), Roasted Peanut, Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Tamarind Pulp, Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom.

How to prepare

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add your choice of vegetables, paneer or cooked chicken and sauté briefly.
  2. Add 185 ml water and empty the contents of the sachet into the pan. Mix well.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Add a little fresh cream if desired for a richer finish and mix well.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
