Ingredients
Onion (22%), Tomato (14%), Yoghurt (Milk) (10%), Mustard Oil (6%) (from mustard seeds), Ginger, Garlic, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Salt, Fennel Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Garam Masala (Spice Blend), Turmeric, Asafoetida (Hing), Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf.
How to make
- Cook 3 lamb chops in a pan with 1 tbsp oil for 4 minutes on medium-high heat. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add 225 ml water. Add the full contents of the sachet and mix well.
- Bring to a simmer. Add the lamb chops or pre-cooked mutton and cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Add a little water if needed. Adjust salt and spice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or bread.
