Having journeyed across all seven continents, the chef grew increasingly disillusioned with the Indian food encountered around the world. Gravies that lacked soul. Colours that felt artificial. Spices undercooked. Flavours over-seasoned. The banker, equally passionate about Indian cuisine, shared the same frustration, rarely finding dishes that truly captured the essence of India.


Together, they set out to change this

Australia became the starting point

Beginning in Australia, where friendship, global journeys, and culinary passion converged, they introduced premium, honest, restaurant-quality gravies designed for everyday families cooked to perfection in a flash.
